Development Loan to acquire land with planning for 60 houses. The Developer will be building out in phases, with an initial facility to cover 8 houses on this greenfield site in rural Flintshire.

Cae Bodlondeb, Chwilog, Pwllheli

Borrower: Beech Developments Limited

Development loan secured to purchase land and fund the construction of 18 high-quality three- and four-bedroom homes. These energy-efficient homes feature advanced air source heat pumps with smart controls, mechanical ventilation heat recovery systems, A-rated appliances, triple glazing, and solar panels.

Development loan secured to support the land purchase and cover full build costs for a bespoke 9-apartment scheme in Heswall, Wirral. After demolishing the previous building on the site, architect-designed apartments have now been completed in this sought-after area of the Wirral.

Development Loan to complete the build of 2 new bungalows and associated landscaping in the popular village of Bethel, near Caernarfon.

Blundellsands Road, Crosby

Borrower: SKR North West Ltd

Development loan to refurbish an existing building, build an annexe and create a bungalow and 12 new apartments in Crosby, Merseyside.

Ideal location and 12-month scheme that stripped out the entire internal finishes to convert the former building into quality, upgraded dwellings.

George Street, Barnsley

Borrower: LCM Build Solutions Ltd

Development loan secured to fund the construction of 10 new homes in Barnsley. Work commenced with WPVF’s involvement, and the funding support accelerated progress on-site. The finance package also covered infrastructure, including roads, drainage, and all external works.

Glan Y Mor, Conwy

Following on from completing a successful development with WPVF, we assisted this Developer in acquiring a prime site in Glan Conwy, boasting spectacular views of Conwy Castle & Snowdonia.

The funding also included the development of 8 bespoke 3-storey properties, all having balconies that take in the remarkable vista, and included the external works.

Development loan to purchase and improve two blocks of apartments in the popular seaside village of Rhosneigr, Anglesey. The apartments have been fully refurbished, with the building's frontage transformed to a sleek, modern makeover.

Drury Lane, Buckley

Borrower: Freed Homes (Drury Lane) Ltd

Development loan to fund the purchase of land on this lakeside in Buckley, North Wales. Formerly a coach depot the funding included site clearance and remediation to allow the development of 20 detached properties benefiting from view over the adjacent lake or across the Cheshire Plain.

Pear Tree Farm, Saughall

Borrower: Pear Tree Developments (Saughall) Ltd

Development Loan to purchase the land and build 28 houses on this former dairy farm near Chester which has been used most latterly used as a storage yard. The scheme involved demolition of the disused farm buildings and included the provision of 8 Affordable houses. Located on the edge of the popular village of Saughall, a few miles northwest of Chester.

Alexandra Court, Liverpool

Borrower: Crossfield Exclusive Development 3 Limited

Development loan for the refurbishment of an existing building, which was formerly a hotel and latterly the headquarters of the North West Reserve Forces, to form 14 one and two bed apartments. The works involved a complete strip out of the internal finishes and refurbishment to form the 14 apartments, including external works to resurface the car park and associated drainage and landscaping works.

Development loan for the construction of two three/four bed houses, including extensive excavation into the hillside, soil stabilisation works and further associated external works, including landscaping, fencing, drainage and driveway access onto the adjacent road.

Development loan for the purchase of the site and subsequent construction of 110 two, three and four bed sustainable homes, with open-plan living and family friendly interiors. The wider site development includes the main access road and associated drainage, together with extensive landscaping works and water attenuation in the form of a new pond and soakaway.
