Property Development

Watkin Property Ventures Developments Limited is our property development business. We acquire sites suitable for development, look for planning gains and achieve planning consent. Then we either develop the site ourselves using third-party contractors or sell the site to another developer. We also undertake major redevelopment work on behalf of our property investment business.

Four plots of land on a busy out-of-town industrial estate. One is being utilised by a taxi operator, one by a car sales business, one as a waste transfer station and one by a civil engineering contractor.

Currently trading as a live music venue, the site is being considered for future residential redevelopment due to its prominent city centre location.

This cleared site is located near to the slate quay on the banks of the River Seiont in Caernarfon, where the Tobacco House once stood. The land is currently vacant, but has good future redevelopment potential, especially given that this area of the town has been earmarked for regeneration.
