Watkin Property Ventures Developments Limited is our property development business. We acquire sites suitable for development, look for planning gains and achieve planning consent. Then we either develop the site ourselves using third-party contractors or sell the site to another developer. We also undertake major redevelopment work on behalf of our property investment business.
