Steven Townshend

Steven joined Watkin Property Ventures in August 2021 and is a Commercial Manager, supporting the company’s development finance activities and wider development projects.His role includes assessing lending opportunities, negotiating commercial terms, and overseeing funded projects through to completion. Steven also provides Quantity Surveying and Project Management support across the business.He holds BSc (Hons) degrees in Quantity Surveying and Psychology and has over 12 years’ experience in the construction industry, including major PBSA and residential developments with project values of up to £60 million.
