Juliet Williams

Juliet joined the business in October 2023. Following 15 years in a Senior HR Officer role for the Manufacturing Industry, Juliet originally started working for the Watkin Jones family in 2004. She has worked in various areas of the Watkin Jones business, including Administration, HR, PA to Exec Main Board Director, and H&S Training, Learning and Development. She re-joined the family business at Watkin Property Ventures reporting to the Group Support Team as Senior Administrator.

Since joining the company, Juliet's role has evolved, leading to a job title change to Communications, Administration, & Social Media Executive in January 2025. In addition to her core responsibilities, she now oversees our social media and communication platforms, ensuring our company branding is consistently represented and effectively shared with our external audiences. Her contributions play a vital role in strengthening our online presence and engagement.
