Joanne Gilpin

Joanne began her career with the Watkin Jones family business straight from school and has been an integral part of the organisation for over 30 years.Starting as an Office Junior, Joanne progressed through the business, developing her knowledge and experience before becoming Personal Assistant to Mark Watkin Jones in 2002. She joined Watkin Property Ventures in January 2019, where she continues to provide trusted executive support and plays an important role in the smooth running of the CEO’s office.

Joanne also oversees our staff in Group Support including responsibilities for HR, managing the office environment and marketing & branding.
