Charlotte joined Watkin Property Ventures in January 2024, bringing over 30 years of experience across the construction and property sectors.Her extensive career has included quantity surveying, land acquisition, construction, technical and design management, sales, and customer care. Charlotte has contributed to the successful delivery of a wide range of projects, including residential homes, student accommodation, social housing, build-to-rent, refurbishment, elderly care, and education schemes.
