Richard Price

Richard joined Watkin Property Ventures in July 2023. Richard brings with him a wealth of experience in community development, sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Before starting in his new role, he worked as the Community Development Officer for North Wales Recovery Communities (NWRC), where he played a key role in expanding the charity’s reach in the community. During his time with NWRC, he successfully led numerous projects aimed at supporting individuals on their recovery journey.

Thanks to his diverse experience, Richard has a skill set that will help Watkin Property Ventures expand their work with local charities and organisations. Working alongside Mark Watkin Jones, Susan Ashworth and Mark Hogan, Development Director, Richard will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of multiple activities across various projects.

The appointment of Richard Price as Community Project Manager is part of the Watkin Property Ventures' commitment to the community and its social responsibility. The company is actively involved in various charitable initiatives, supporting education, mental health, and sports programmes throughout the region.
